Red caviar: 200 gr
Wheat flour: 250-300 gr
Eggs (Large): 2 pcs.
Milk: 700 ml
Sugar: 1-2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil: 20 ml + for frying
Salt: on the tip of a knife
Preparation:
1. In a deep bowl, beat eggs with sugar and salt.
2. Pour in milk and beat again until smooth.
